11月11日—15日，天行一中副校长陶娟娟女士及升学指导处张尖尖老师在新加坡进行了一项奇妙的名校探寻之旅。她们的足迹遍布了新加坡七所大学，实地探校，感受学校氛围，获取了最新的升学资讯。其实这只是天行一中升学指导处的日常工作之一。

第一年：生涯唤醒 完成自我认知
高一学年，升学指导老师通过PST（parent-teacher-student)面谈初步了解学生的兴趣和未来的专业、院校选择。每周两节的生涯课，学生在自主探究式课堂不断发现自己的能力、兴趣、潜力、价值观，探索自己喜欢的专业。此外，通过开设心育课帮助学生学会抗压、进行时间和情绪的管理。在学生初步选定未来专业之后，基于学生兴趣基础上成立商科、工程、传媒、IT、教育、艺术、数学和生化八个职规小组。升学指导处将在三年中为学生精心安排不少于6次见习活动，让学生来了解真实的职业、工作环境、工作内容、工作流程、需要掌握的技能、薪资水平等，真正做到理论联系实际。

高二学年，升学指导老师将重点帮助学生进行进行人-职-校匹配。天行一中升学指导老师坚持“走出去，请进来”的原则，她们每学期都会实地探寻世界名校，与世界名校的招生官和升学顾问就最新的招生政策、招生要求、升学趋势等进行交流，带回最新鲜权威的升学干货。此外，升学指导处老师会邀请国外名校招生官来校召开讲座，进行面对面交流，使学生获得最官方权威的名校申请指导。更重要的是，升学指导老师将升全程指导学生了解熟悉国外大学的官网资源，了解各系科专业的具体入学要求及课程设置，使其对留学做好更充分的准备。并根据这些要求帮助学生进行规划，比如根据个人情况进行活动的升级，督促学生进行标化的冲刺、真正做到所培养的学生就是世界名校所要的。

第三年：学校的确定及申请
